Career Summary

Mike is the owner and co-founder of ADI Compliance Consulting, Inc. (ADI Consulting). He formed ADI in 2002 to expand the compliance consulting work he began in 1992, when he was a Senior Vice President for State and Federal Associates, Inc. At S&FA, Mike developed the processes used to conduct pre-application, matched pair testing (mystery shopping) and other forms of self-testing for Fair Lending compliance. At ADI, the expertise of many talented employees, has helped develop a full range of Fair Lending, HMDA, CRA, and Anti-Money Laundering compliance services, and Person to Person Quality, ADI’s customer experience research division.
